What We Look For in a Caregiver
We hire caregivers who are passionate about helping others. Here's what you need to join our team:
- HHA or CNA certification (or willingness to obtain)
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Clean background check (Level 2 screening)
- CPR and First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain)
- Compassion, patience, and a genuine desire to help others
- 2 years home care experience
