A Perfect Choice Home Care was founded by Brandi with a clear purpose: to bring quality, compassionate home care back to the families who need it most. After years of working in the healthcare industry and seeing firsthand how impersonal many care agencies had become, Brandi recognized a troubling gap and set out to build something fundamentally different.

From our earliest days serving families in Fort Myers and Naples, we have held firm to a simple principle: care should feel like it comes from someone who truly understands your family. As word spread, we grew naturally through referrals, eventually opening a second office in Lakewood Ranch.

Today, we proudly serve seniors, veterans, and families across six counties — always with the same warmth and dedication that inspired our founding.

Meet Brandi

Founder & CEO, A Perfect Choice Home Care

Brandi did not start A Perfect Choice Home Care from a business plan — she started it from frustration. After years working in healthcare, she watched family after family get shuffled through agencies that treated them like account numbers. Caregivers were swapped without notice. Phone calls went unreturned. She kept thinking: if this were my mom, I would never accept this.

So she built the agency she wished those families had. It started small — just a handful of clients in Fort Myers — but word spread fast because families could feel the difference. Today, A Perfect Choice operates across six counties with two offices, yet Brandi still personally reviews care plans and knows many clients by name.

"I started this company because I wanted families to have the kind of care I would want for my own parents. Every caregiver we hire, every care plan we create — it all comes back to that simple standard."

Brandi lives in Southwest Florida and is deeply rooted in the community she serves — supporting senior advocacy organizations, veteran outreach programs, and the local families who trust her team with the people they love most.
